Building Hope Across the Globe: Our Journey of Kingdom Building in Third-World Countries

In the sprawling impoverished regions of CROSS RIVERS STATE, Nigeria, Africa, many wake up to a Makeshift shelter barely standing against the harsh rains. Miles away, in a small town,  gather to plan a journey that will change lives – theirs and the ones waiting for a better way of life in CROSS RIVERS STATE, NIGERIA AFRICA. This is the story of the God’s Goshen Global Response Intercessory Prayer Team International building communities, establishing small businesses, and, bringing GODLY hope in the dark corners of African communities.

The Stark Reality of Poverty

In many third-world countries, the picture of poverty is grim. According to the United Nations, over 1.6 billion people worldwide lack adequate housing. In these regions, families often live in conditions that are unimaginable to the developed world – cramped spaces, no sanitation, and constant disease threats from environmental hazards.

A Global Response to a Global Crisis

In response, numerous non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the God’s Goshen Global Response Intercessory Prayer Team International – GGGRIPT, have taken up the mantle to provide one of the most basic human needs: Mission homes, Tuition-Free Schools, Technological Communication, Water Wells (Boreholes), Food Pantries (Agriculture Hubs) and Training Centers. GGGRIPT works across the water in the United States of America; bringing in resources, manpower, and hope to those who need it most.

One such initiative is the “God’s Goshen Global Response Intercessory Prayer Team International” Kingdom Building Project. Facilitated and directed by Apostolic-Prophetic (Dr.) Brigitte “BRE” Eaton, the project focuses on building sustainable and culturally appropriate housing. They collaborate with local communities, ensuring that their needs  are not only met but a step towards a better future.

FACING THE GIANTS

Kingdom Building overseas is not without its challenges. Logistics, such as transporting materials and coordinating with local authorities, can be daunting. Cultural differences often pose another layer of complexity, requiring sensitivity and understanding from the volunteers. Moreover, the goal is not just to build communities but to create communities that would resonates with the local environment.

Success Stories and Lasting Impact

Despite these challenges, God has allowed to accomplish many different Kingdom Building Projects, such as 2021 Widow’s Smile ($40K Project), the completion of our first Tuition-Free School Learning Academy ($10K Project), Mission Vehicle (to transport supplies into the community) ($5K Project), Medical assistance to the community ($1K Project), Operation Technological Take-Off ($2K Project) and two successful Mission Outreach Evangelistic Businesses ($6K Project) and two Mission houses ($3K Project).

The Path Forward

The journey of kingdom-building in third-world countries is a testament to human solidarity and compassion. It teaches us invaluable lessons about the Love of Jesus Christ, as well as fulfilling the Great Commission. As we continue to support and expand these efforts, we are not just building; but we are building KINGDOM.
